Things I Love, Volume I

Having my own resident carpenter to build me beautiful furniture! Grant built this amazing hutch just the way I wanted it. I wanted a place to display the plates I inherited from my mom plus the ones I've collected over the years and my Williamsburg dishes. And all of my cookbooks fit in the lower cupboards.
And then he built one for Tiffany just the way she wanted it. It fit perfectly into its special spot.

Annie, I love that the picture of your house on the blog looks like a cottage in the woods! I am glad that you are blogging. I think it may be the perfect way to keep everyone up to speed. You do take great pictures! Meesa

I love both of the hutches! You've decorated your hutch so cute, too. It looks like it was meant for your house! Grant has definitely got a gift for wood.
