Rise and shout!

Thomas was very excited to attend his first BYU football game. Go cougars! To quote the Daily Herald: "The good news is that BYU's offense put up 42 points on Saturday and the Cougars are back in the win column. The bad news? The defense still seems to be leaking." The game was a bit scary at times but had a happy ending.

Rise and shout, too!

Mya is trying so hard to stand up for more than a few seconds all by herself. She discovered that these pillows were perfect practice props.

Ta da!!!

Kerplop.

What a cutie!

How long does a saguaro cactus live?

200 years! Who knew? Ethan and Maya and I learned this fascinating fact, plus many other things, on Thursday morning. They invited me to the grandparents reading day at their school and we read all about saguaros and Miss Fiona's Stupendous Pumpkin Pies and The Gym Teacher from the Black Lagoon. It was so fun to be with them and see their school. I'm really glad that they invited me. Thanks, you two. I had fun!

it's all about the boots

Just have to show off my new pillow. I had the winning bid at the 4th annual R.S. service auction and got "THE Pillow by Robyn" this year! It's always a battle among the ladies to see who can get the highest bid for her pillow -- bloody fingernails and all if that's what it takes -- because she makes the cutest pillows. Hee hee. Now I have 2!

It's great to be 8!

Good decision, Maya and Ethan!

Congratulations on your baptism!

A little pre-surgery laugh - -

So can you believe this was in the paper the morning of my surgery? It didn't make me feel real confidant that the doctors & nurses were laughing their heads off.

Here I go again.

Been there, done that -- except the left hand this time.
